I've been using these gummies for awhile now and I've lost around 35 pounds which is so exciting ... They taste so good and are so easy to use in the aid of my weight loss ... I take two gummies at bedtime with a full right ounce glass of water along with trying to eat healthy but I fudge a lot especially during the holidays but I definitely do not exercise and these gummies work ... I've tried many others with no success ... But I'm sold on these ones

I normally don't have side effects to any medicine but taking this I had about all of them. I only took two a day with my dinner for three days. Starting the first night the nausea and dizziness started. It lasts all day. I normally take one OTC Nexium daily u. I had to take two. That helped Very little. I've not taken any of these gummies for over twenty-four hours and still feel awful. Ginger tea hasn't even helped. The side effects will last a few days after you stop taking this. Please do your research on the side effects before starting these. For those that don't get the side effects I wish you the best and hopes this works for you!!!

I have been taking this product for several years not only from Bolo but I have bought it from a local retailer.I have not had any success.I will be cancelling my subscription and stop using this product from any provider.

I started taking the gummies as directed (2 gummies 3 X day with water before each meal).A few days later I began feeling achy, lethargic, anxious, emotional and fatigued along with having digestion issues, and almost-fluish without the cough or cold.Finally, I googled side effects for Keto-ACV and saw there is "Keto Flu!" AND, I didn't learn from reading the bottles that I should be lowering my carb intake for the gummies to work.When I googled Keto-ACV and sure enough all the symptoms I was experiencing were from Keto-ACV!The 3 bottles came together in a clear plastic wrap but not in boxes which could have included valuable information.I don't do named diet plans nor am I familiar with them so I didn't associate Keto-ACV with the Keto diet plan. I tried the Keto-ACV because I had gained weight this year while recovering from lumbar back surgery because I'd heard you didn't need to change your diet or exercise.I stopped taking them after 15 days and it has taken 4+ days to begin to feel like myself and I'm still having bouts of fatigue and anxiety.Before purchasing Keto-ACV, I encourage you do your due google diligence homework before beginning the gummy regiment, Keto-diet and exercise's.
