This is a great teamaker! It boils water quickly and keeps it warm for a good amount of time. I was initially concerned about the spout leaking, but mine works perfectly—no issues at all. Best of all, it makes delicious tea every time. Highly recommend!

This item has only a good picture on the website. Despite its expensive price, it has very low quality and craftsmanship.The last hours for the electric part are minimal and are not reliable. The worst thing is that the seller is not responsible for the defect or warranty. They will deny you if you buy it through Bolo and ask them to use the promised warranty. They do not have any pride in what they sell. I love to make tea using a solid traditional Samavar. But what I received turned out to be like a piece of junk after only a few months. I strongly suggest you do not buy this item

This was exactly what we had been looking for. It made excellent tea and met our expectations in that regard. The product overall appeared to be made of high-quality materials—except for the dispenser. I don’t understand why, when the tea maker itself is made of durable steel, the most sensitive part—the dispenser—is made of plastic. We purchased it in October 2024, and unfortunately, the dispenser has already broken. This makes me hesitant to purchase it again.

It looks beautiful and works really well. It heats quickly, keeps the tea warm, and the flavor stays fresh for hours. I love the traditional style combined with modern electric convenience. My only complaint is that the upper pot is quite small, so I have to refill it often when serving guests. Overall, it's a great product and perfect for daily use or special gatherings.
