The cord is plenty long enuf to plug into an outside of tent temp controller. Easy to hang. def strong enuf to put some serious negative pressure on a tent.

This fan works great for my purpose.I used it to make a ventilation fan for under my covers, sort of a generic BedJet.I attached a gutter downspout attachment to direct airflow between the sheets because I was often waking up hot and sweaty. The BedJet product is sort of the same thing but costs $500+.I spent $22 in all to make my version.Airflow is perfect and fan is very quiet.
