Super easy to clean, always ready for action and the retractable hose is such great help in the garage. I can clean the car and the laundry room and anything in the garage instantly and easily.One word of caution is the automatic shut down is super sensitive so any restriction in the flow for several seconds can cause the unit to shut itself off. Not a big problem just need to be aware when it happens to work out, whatever is binding in the line. It happens to all vacuums that are utility use.

It doesn’t hold up to my 5 hp craftsman shop vac. Likely a smaller motor and having to pull vacuum through 30’ of hoses means less suction power. What it translates to is the vacuum will not pull hair (pet hair or other fibers) out of the cars carpet. It’s basically only strong enough to pick up small stones or debris but that’s about it.Also, as far as design goes, why not make the mounting brackets have a configuration of bolts that would be 16” apart so you don’t have to have one side screwed into cheap wall anchors? I have one side screwed into studs but no matter which combination of mounting holes you choose you cannot mount the other bracket into studs. This design is flawed as it could just use one bracket to mount if redesigned and it would be much more sturdy.

Nice setup but don’t use the anchors that come with the system for the brackets unless anchoring to just wood. They do not hold the weight of the machine on drywall.

I’m still debating on how much I like or dislike the Giraffe 30ft shop wall vacuum with remote start. It seems to have decent suction, but I have seen and used far better vacuums. The unit also clogged during use and I had to remove the 30ft hose to locate the clog. I did locate and vacuum is back to normal, but I think it clogged way to easily and suspect I’ll be having that issue repeat itself far more times moving forward.

Good suction with lots of good attachments. Long hose works well. Have had it since Nov 2024 and still works great. Love how it just is so easy and quick to vacuum out cars now. Love the on off switch on the handle. Definitely a good feature.
