5.0 out of 5 stars A MUST BUY, SO COMPACT!!!!
The media could not be loaded. I was quite surprised with this scooter. My grandmother was very skeptical and worried that she would not like it. Our scooter hunting days are over, thank goodness!Love how compact it is and easy to load and unload into the car. My grandmother drives a Kia Soul so this fits just perfect leaving plenty of space. It’s a bit heavy for her to carry up and down on her own but any other family member can lift this in a breeze at just 46 lbs.The frame is adjustable and the scooter drives very smooth.I was concerned at first about the 3.75 mph but it is actually the perfect speed. Much faster than walking for sure. This little thing has power. The video posted is at turtle speed and it not being extended. We drove up our driveway and it went up smoothly. Turns great and controls are very responsive with no delay. Love the safety feature of the latch on the back tire which does not allow the scooter to move. This is considered it being in drive mode so my grandmother can get on and off safety without the wheels rolling. Note that this latch must be in drive mode prior to trying the scooter on so it may move while pressing the throttles.Set up was a breeze, got it running within 10mins or less. So pleased with my purchase. Another plus is this item is covered under the company’s standard warranty and is airline approved although not mentioned on Bolo. Also shipping was super fast. Received order by the third day.
1.0 out of 5 stars The scooter seems to beworking fine but the product support is horrible!
Getting answers from the seller is the worst. I contacted them on what is supposed to be a chat but they take forever to respond and the answers are very evasive. I want to buy an extra battery but its like pulling teeth to do it. As of this review I have spent several days trying to get an answer and still do not have one.
4.0 out of 5 stars 3.5 stars Super easy to put together but heavy and slow to respond
This was sooo easy to put together. It was nearly all done for you. Pull up the seat, attach it to the velcro, pull the knob to extend the base and screw in the handle knob. Done. But it will not be easy for your average senior to pick up. It's nearly 50 pounds. So, if your senior has a mountain of muscle, my hat's off to them. Otherwise, they may need help moving it into and out of the vehicle. The booklet was easy to read but did not explain the purpose of an extra part. I'm assuming it has something to do with the battery, but it doesn't fit anything and am uncertain what it is for. I've had 3 people eye the book and none of us have a clue. The battery is simple to charge and it moves well over a smooth, hard ground. I have not yet tried it out on terrain. But it does not tend to go immediately after you press the lever for it to go. In fact, we thought it was broken at first. It seems to take it's time to register the command to go (I'm talking a minute or two where you just sit there wishing you were moving). Just be patient. Once going, it moves well. But the downtime between pressing the lever and actually moving should be far quicker at this price point.
5.0 out of 5 stars Comfortable, compact, and portable
This scooter is extremely compact and portable. When folded down for storage or transport, it's less than a foot and half high. It can easily fit in a car trunk or under a bed. At only 46 pounds, it's not difficult for a single person to load or unload the scooter. It takes less than 15 seconds to unfold it for use, and about the same to fold it down. The angle and height of the handle bars can quickly be adjusted as well. The front wheels can be extended forward to accommodate a variety of leg lengths. The person using this scooter is 5'11".Despite it's compact size, it's comfortable to ride. The seat and back rest are sufficiently padded to minimize fatigue from sitting for two long. As is common with other mobility scooters, I did feel bumps that I came across, but the scooter was able to maneuver over them well. Driving only requires a light touch with a single finger to go forward or in reverse. There is an easily to reach knob to adjust the maximum top speed ranging from a very slow crawl to nice zip.The turning radius seemed a bit large, requiring the user to make three point turns to get into certain spaces, but 90 degree turns to get through doorways were no problem. The design is well thought out, and the overall construction is mostly good. The materials that lock the foot rests and handle bar angle and height are very solid and strong. The one component that I'm unsure about it the forward/reverse paddle. It is made of a very lightweight plastic, and I'm concerned that it will wear out faster than other parts of the scooter.Charging time from a low battery is fairly lengthy. I had it on the charger for 5 hours prior to the first test ride. I will be putting it on the charger before going to bed to make sure that it goes out with a full battery. I haven't used it to the touted range of 12.5 miles on a single charge, but the battery had barely drained after putting about 3 miles on it.My only real complaint was the manual. I would have like to see more photos of exactly what was being described. Somethings referenced other pages, but the information didn't match. When it came to charging, it described indicator lights that didn't match what I saw.

The media could not be loaded. I am a YouTube influencer and I reviewed this scooter on my YouTube channel. It is a great little portable and foldable scooter. You can unfold this scooter in less than a minute and you’re ready to ride. What’s the video above with my wife riding this great little scooter.
