The batteries it came with were dead. Once I got new ones put in, and the cuff put on per the instructions, sat still with arm elevated to heart level, I pressed start and the the cuff began to inflate. It squeezed the HELL out of my arm and it hurt a lot. At some point towards the end of the decompressing faze, it said "Error, please try again." I ended up trying a total of 4 times through the day with the exact same results, excruciatingly painful squeezing (once my hand got a couple jolts of fire down it) followed by the error, please try again message towards the end of the decompressing.I returned it the next day.I do have larger arms around 16.5in.

Works great just like in the doctor office, great way to keep track of your BP in between appointments, well worth the money, get one!!

I ordered this machine when I found out that I have high blood pressure. I actually liked it until I found out that it doesn’t hold a charge like I can only use it if it’s plugged into the wall so what are the batteries for because it still won’t turn on unless It’s plugged into the wall and with this very short charger cord are you kidding me anyway I like it so I returned for another and the second one was worse because it doesn’t even let me set the time date it still doesn’t hold a charge and the batteries won’t make it work. I’m angry because I liked it but I’m trying to keep my blood pressure down not up. I’m upset
