We’ve had this for 8 months. At first, it worked great, but out of nowhere the door stops closing properly and won’t lock. And then it just continues to beep and make noises because it isn’t functioning properly. I tried to find a customer service number or email, but found nothing in terms of support.

I love it too! Though, as funny as the voice and sounds it makes are, I love it more when the voice/sound switch is set to OFF. My son on the other hand, likes the sounds and voice and I really have no idea why because I feel like they downgrade the product personally lol. But hey, I'm not a 9 year old kid. Definitely recommend buying one of these for whoever you have in mind. It will be a hit. Make sure you buy AA batteries. It takes 3.

The media could not be loaded. The talking /sound feature is nice on the inside door. I love how you really don’t use a fingerprint print. My grand daughter loves putting the money in then opening it to get it right out. Just a cute fun gift.
