We moved from NY to FL about 2 years ago. Fire ants 🐜 were not much of a problem in the NE (I think the cold weather keeps them at bay).While our home is new build, we use a pest prevention service company for interior and exterior of the house and they complete a service visit every 2-3 months or so.After the last visit, I asked the tech if he had a recommendation on addressing fire ants in the yard (which was not including the existing service contract). I let him know that we’re considering getting the yard contract from his company, he let me know that I could get the yard contract with the company if I chose, but he would recommend that I purchased this product instead.He further explained that this was the identical product that his company used in their yard treatments. He said all I had to do was wait until it’s a nice sunny warm/hot day when the ants are out foraging and sprinkle a teaspoon size amount directly on and slightly around the ant mound and DO NOT WATER anywhere near the treated area.I used the product as he instructed on all the ant mounds in the yard and began seen positive results within the same day. The amount of ants have been significantly reduced and a week later I’ve only seen a few stragglers here and there but nothing like or near what it was.Worth every penny, and that’s my two cents.

Expensive but works very well. Put on about every 4 months but you won’t find an ant in my yard. Just make sure you put on as recommended

THIS PRODUCT IS THE BEST!I HATE fire ants and was alway getting bit.I started using this for both our yard and the neighbors… now i am not afraid to walk barefoot evenIt looks like the same product that the PROFESSIONAL guyused and they charged $125 every 3 months
