Tested with someone who has a fentanyl prescription and another person who isn't on fentanyl and they definitely work! Very happy! The cutoff is 20 nanograms per milliliters, so technically there could be a very small amount present and still show negative. But 20ng/mL is hardly any at all and definitely not enough to have been used in the last 3 days.

Like others, I wanted to make sure that what I was taking did Not have anything added and these confirmed that. You pee in a cup and then, use this to see if the drug is present. It's a little hard to read (I had to put on my reading glasses) but I get the general idea and I was happy to see my medicine wasn't laced with anything - I think the news has all of us paranoid about these but this is a cheap, efficient way to get peace of mind and know that what you are taking is not going to have F in it.

It is very convenient and easy to use. If you suspect someone using fentanyl or just want to be sure you don't have it in your system. According to the label it detects up to 20ng/ml which I have no way of knowing the accuracy but given the potency of fentanyl it will detect if someone has used it recently.

These rapid urine tests are simple and easy to use. We live in an area with a lot of teenage kids and there was a recent tragedy, so I like to keep these around just in case. Either for my kids or for a neighbor who is worried. I haven't had a reason to use these yet (and I hope I don't have one) but I tested one to verify a negative and they are super easy to use.
