I need my heel lifted a bit due to Achilles tendonitis and had a 1/2” foam piece in for a while that had worn down. I ordered these and put them in under the insole. Perfection!

Seems to help my heel pain somewhat. This is 1/4 inch thick and I ordered another 1/2" and a 1" to compare. I like this and if the thicker ones feel better, this will be returned. Other than that, it's sturdy, I didn't take the tape off bc I only put it in my house shoes and walked around the house. Quick Shipping!

I had a knee replacement on the left side which made me half inch shorter on my right side these are amazing they raised my right leg up to meet the light of my left perfectly no more back problems

I'm pleasantly surprised with how efficiently this heel support cushions my heel and alleviates my Achilles tendenitis pain. I have two sets. It doesn't shift in the shoe while I'm wearing it, but it will shift after I take the shoe off.

Fit perfectly in my shoes and gave relief from my plantar fasciitis. I did not take the sticky tape off of them so I could put them in different shoes.
