All Cabi’s products are my go-to, I find the entire trio a great foundation of different products that are easy to use, to introduce Japanese flavors into dishes quickly and easily.I’m a big miso user for weeknight dinners and I’ve recently started to introduce this as a dressing / dip for salads and things which really expands the use cases because you don’t have to cook!This miso has a lovely touch of peppercorn making it feel a bit fresher than some other misos which is a nice touch for some differentiation and making it quite lovely for summery dishes especially if you use it as a dressing etcI 100% recommend!! So so yummy

This miso glaze is healthy, easy, and delicious. I used it as a marinade on salmon per the suggestion on the package, and dinner came together in under 15 minutes. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to keep things simple, but cares about the outcome.

Miso glaze, where have you been all my life? This stuff is incredible. It’s sweet but not too sweet, with that earthy miso flavor shining through with some peppery note. I brushed it on cod or as miso glazed salmon and they were next level. Ate them with rice and very addictive.

The media could not be loaded. perfect on charred eggplants, or simply added to rice. also very good with eggs, or on pretty much everything, this miso glaze has easily become a staple in my kitchen because it elevates the taste of everything. I love the thickness of it & also the quality of the simple packaging.

This is a very nice sauce -- not too sweet and not too hot. We used it on a stir fry and will use the second bottle on tofu. The packaging ensures that it will not leak in transit. Each bottle has a safety seal, and the entire bottle is in a sealed bag. I did find the bottle, once opened, a bit difficult to use as it's plastic and the sides are very soft. Once you've squeezed some out, you'll need to wait for the bottle to reinflate a bit, in order to get the next amount out.
