This one is worth the extra money for the steam. Used on dining room chairs we had given up on, and the steam worked!

Worked ok, until the plastic piece over the head started breaking in a bunch of pieces. This happened maybe after about 3 uses. Not sure how to get in touch with them to get this replaced as they only have an address on their website and no way to contact through Bolo. Am I supposed to mail them my concerns and hope to hear back from them? I even tried reaching out via Instagram. Save your money and buy something else with an actual reachable customer service team.

I have found this steamer/carpet cleaner to work well for cleaning spills and interior carpets and upholstery in vehicles. It is small and lightweight making it easy to move around, and the cord and hose are both good lengths for the intended uses of the machine. It heats up quickly and the steam function works well. I do find the small input tank and extraction tank to be cons as it requires frequent water refills compared to the Bissel machines I’ve had in the past. Unlike those, emptying the extraction tank is painless and simple, and this unit has had zero issues with leaks. The carpet extraction head works well and is easy to lock in place, and the spray function has a good distribution allowing for better control over the water/cleaning formula spray. I got mine on sale and got the price I paid I’m thrilled. I would not recommend this unit at anything over $100.00 though as there are better options in that higher range.

This is not as high quality as I thought it would be .definitely gets the water steaming hot but the wand is kind of cheap and if you're too aggressive with it it will break. I would not recommend this for cleaning carpet with thick pile works great on upholstery though.

I cleaned the first 3 steps only with carpet where my black cat loves to sleep and a big rug where she sleeps too that we have in the kitchen and I did it super fast and the water came out literally black. Now they look like NEW. I am super pleased with this little machine.

10-24-2024 the Haushof steam portable carpet and upholstery cleaner is “not” a deep couch cleaner machine. I found it to be very underpowered. I would like to return it but Bolo says it may be a “partial or zero refund” to my account balance. I’m not taking the risk of not getting reimbursed but I am going to start looking for another place to shop. Too many items I’ve been getting from Bolo have fallen way short of my expectations $169.99 item is too hard to let go by.

I would not suggest it for cleaning carpets.You can clean the carpets with a regular carpet cleaner and then go over it quick with this steamer to disinfect and kill bacteria..It definitely works very well for spots on the carpets.and it will clean the carpet very well too but it will take you few days to finish it as it is small with a small water tank.Besides you must be down to clean the cart,you can't do it standing up..because the way is designed.Doo really is a great,great product,you can clean spots and small areas,beds, couches,etc but not the whole carpet.

Cette machine ne nettoie que le propre. Nous avons lavé un tapis blanc et un fauteuil pâle 3 fois et le résultat est médiocre. Nous avons fini par les faire nettoyer par un professionnel. Nous avons payé plus cher pour être sûrs du résultat et ce fut une déception totale.
