I have at work and I use it for small distances, like going to the bank, get some lunch or small groceries. After receiving it the battery was partly charged. After 2 days I noticed that the battery was not charging. Through the Bolo website I got in contact with the after sales department of Gotrax. The name of the Gotrax Rep was Lydia. Her conclusion (after sending her some pictures and a short video) was that most probably the charger had a problem and she sent a new charger to Sint Maarten, where I live. After receiving this, my Gotrax is my transport in town and i love it. Thank you Lydia for your professional service.

SO fun!! These were a Christmas gift for my 9 and 11 year old and they love them! They ride around the neighborhood — on streets and grass — so easily! Battery life is decent, too. Very pleased!!

I love the bike. I like how it rides I like the color I like the speed not too fast, but it has zero power going up a hill. I had to get off and push it up a heel that wasn’t that steep.

**Fantastic customer service!** My scooter stopped working within the first 30 days, but the team at Gotrax was super easy to get in contact with, discuss the problem, and get a solution mailed to my house quickly. Lydia was incredibly helpful and got me the replacement parts I needed and continued to follow up. Thanks to her, my scooter is up and running again without any hassle. Highly recommend her support! I will certainly continue to use Gotrax products!

I love my scooter! The battery holds a charge really well, and it rides smoothly. The tires stay aired up, which is super convenient, and the seat is very comfortable—even on longer rides. One of my favorite features is the basket; it's perfect for carrying my things around. Overall, it’s been a great purchase!

This scooter is an absolute blast to ride! It is easy to control and balance, so you can start riding immediately. The speed is controlled using the throttle on the handlebars. It zips along pretty fast, but for longer rides I found that I would leave the throttle pinned at the maximum and still felt very safe and secure. The frame is really solid, and the seat is comfortable. I really like the headlight and brake lights for safety while riding in the dark. The folding feature is really cool, and I can fit it into the trunk of my car with plenty of room to spare. The range has been good...I have not had to worry about recharging the battery during any of my rides around town. Operation is very quiet, with a smooth response on the motor during acceleration. This scooter provides a good value for getting around town without having to stop at a gas station!

I had it for over a month and it’s good so far. Me and my son like it. The seat is comfortable, it’s fun to ride around the neighborhood or park. The battery lasts for about 3 hours so don’t go to far unless you have your charger.
