I use to do facials, waxing and hair services. The headpiece comes out easily when I need to switch from using it as a bed to a hairstylist chair. I purchased this chair for my salon to provide dry pedicures. It took a long time for the spa chair to ship, and I received no updates from the seller or Bolo. Instead, I got a call from a third-party delivery company (Ceva) regarding the delivery. Meanwhile, Bolo still displayed "sorry for the delay" as the order status.When the chair finally arrived, it was delivered in a huge box by a couple of individuals from a moving truck. The chair was fully assembled and mounted on a wooden platform. I had to tear the box apart to access the chair. After plugging it in, the chair immediately raised up, tilted to the side, and lifted unevenly. :(((. I contacted Bolo to see if they could ask the seller to send someone to adjust, fix, exchange or refund... No luck...I contacted the seller, who informed me that I would need to arrange for a trucking company to return the defective chair myself. This is unacceptable for such a large, expensive item. I need assistance resolving this issue, as the chair is clearly defective and improperly functioning.
