This is the best cleaner ever !!! I have had a cat with urinary issues for 15 years now. This is the 4th small BISSELL I have purchased. The last model I had didn’t hold enough water and formula to clean up one small hairball mess !! Terrible.BUT - this machine is wonderful. BISSELL has fixed every issue I’ve ever had in the past. The brush comes apart so even soggy cat litter can be cleaned out without using a toothpick. The dirty water tank comes apart so every surface can be rinsed clean. It holds plenty of water to clean an 18 inch X 10 foot area. And - you flip 2 switches and it cleans the hose !! I am so impressed!! Way to go BISSELL.

Small machine. Works well as advertised. I use it for my little chihuahua because she is not house trained because she was found wandering on the streets, taken to a great shelter, my wife and I adopted her, and accepted the fact that she was not trained, and we would have to accommodate the situation.The machine is well worth the price and the ease of cleaning when necessary. The cleaner fluid works as advertised as well. Great combination from Bissel.

Tl;dr: This device works well for cleaning pet stains (in my case cat throw-up) out of floor carpet.Longer version:The device was easy to put together, fill and use. Be careful of the fill lines on the water and formula tanks; the instruction manual says the entire trial formula bottle can fit inside the formula tank - it cannot.The instruction manual is generally clear, though it has a couple of errors. In particular, when explaining how to use the water/formula spray feature, it tells you to turn the power off, but I was only ever able to get the spray to work with the power on. With the power on, the spray worked fine.The vacuum on the device is serviceable, as evidenced by the liquid I saw filling the dirty water tank while using it, but it will not remove all water from your carpet. You should expect your carpet to be damp for a few hours after using the device, and I recommend bringing a towel with you to pat-dry the spots where the device was used. Owners should also expect a decent amount of water to be remaining in the vacuum hose and tool after use; when cleaning and storing the device, make sure to do so in a location where water spills are easily cleaned.Bearing in mind that the above comments reflect small nitpicks & inconveniences, I do think this product worked well for its intended purpose. It was quick to put together and use, and did a good job cleaning my carpet. I would recommend it to others for that purpose.

I was very surprised at how small the machine was in real life, much smaller than I expected. But it was excellent at the job of cleaning up small messes. Incredible suction and the self cleaning function is very cool. This machine is intelligently designed to be convenient and impactful. Excellent purchase!

Disgusting to admit how great this works.I had no idea my stairs were this bad.I have a large Hoover for the carpet however the attachment for stairs was just too hard to assemble and lug around. I opted for this little gem and boy am I happy. With a household of 4 dogs this is a must need. I already did my sofa as my newest foster isn’t trained quite yet. The auction was great on the solution that came out. I often find most machines out out more thn what it picks up. Not this easy. The spray was effective and the suction was strong. Easy to use. Built great. The storage capacity is quite large for the small machine that it is.

Great price point, easy functionality, and doesn't take up a lot of space. This is not your industrial cleaner. I use it to clean my couches as I have pets and a toddler. And I'll use it on rugs in case there are spills.

This thing is amazing!!! It got a 5 year old soda stain out of my mattress, a dorito colored vomit stain out of my kids carpet, and a chocolate milk stain out of my rug.The machine itself is super easy to clean as compared to my big shampooer that needs completely disassembled the second it meets cat hair.It does leave things damp but I mean, it's got great suction for such a little thing.It's so cute and compact, easy to store, easy to move around. If you're strapped for space in a small apartment this thing is for you.It's also so easy to use. If I can figure it out you definitely can. I got the smart mix model and I just fill the detergent tank with salution and the water tank with water and it mixs it. It's so satisfying to see the deep set stains just dissappear. I'm actually excited for my kid and cats to make more messes so I can bust this thing out!!!
