The variety pack was enjoyable to try some of the other flavors that I wasn't sure I wanted to commit to a whole package of (namely the sours). I generally go back and forth between these and the Skratch gummies - both have their pros and I might say I prefer the flavor of the Skratch over these, but it feels like there's a little more value in the Clif Bloks.

Easy to get and pull one to eat while running but are a little chewy . It taste very good and is the variety of flavors is a postive. It does great at giving me the energy boost that I need when I am running.

Pretty yummy the purple one is the one with most caffeine 50 mg for 3 cubes !
