This product does what it is supposed to do: Help you sleepI have ordered more. It works when I can't get to sleep, I just take one out of he package. You don't need water to take it, just pop it under your tongue and it dissolves.Has a good taste.

I use these every night to help me get better sleep. If I wake up during the night I take them again, 2 at a time, to get me through the night. They do not make you groggy in the morning. Sometimes I use them along with Nerve Tonic or Stress Tablets if I'm extra tense. They work really well.

It seems to help me get to sleep but I still wake up at 4am and have to take more then or use sleepy tea. Melatonin is a no for me since it gives me a headache. This melts under your tongue and has no taste which is good for me. It doesn't make you feel drugged in the am. It won't keep you sleeping if you wake to urinate.

Either you are open to homeopathics or you aren't. However, a skeptic benefitted from this. (So no placebo effect happening.)I was skeptical but had difficulty staying asleep. Advil PM, Zquil, etc are ok for short term use and work well when sick for example but to help me sleep but not long term. A friend suggested I try this and it worked so well without any morning grogginess, I had found my long term option to help. I rely on this a few times a week and it helps a lot. I used to use a Hyland "Sleep" blend but cannot find it anymore. This is pretty close in efficacy.
