I turn it to high heat, which is tolerable, and lay back and am out in no time. I typically fall asleep on my back but always end up on my side, and this doesn’t get in the way. It’s just like wearing a regular sleep mask. Washing it was super easy. It’s very light weight and last for at least a week before I have to charge the battery which only takes 30-45 minutes. It blocks out most of the light. I have a pretty large nose so it’s hard to block it all out.

Recently diagnosed with dry eye and heat therapy is one of the solutions. This is feels much better than the microwave version and it holds its temperature. Added bonus is the silk feels great on my face and I can comfortably sleep because it also blocks the light. It’s light weight and I get 3-4 rounds before it needs a charge. I’ve also noticed an improvement with my dry eyes.

Pros:- heat seems reliable, adjusting to different temps and at 20-min shutoff it is clear that it's working properly- fabric is comfortable on skin- packaging is an unexpected bonus, it includes a carrying case and a couple of earplugs in addition to the charging cableCons:- strong chemical smell on arrival (I hope this will air out after some time)- strap is adjustable, but range is normal to large adult heads. For kids or small adult heads, the strap is too loose and you'll need to modify

While it does work, when this mask is put on the charger the power button gets extremely hot. It even made the charging tip very hot. You can not leave this unattended to charge as I wouldn’t trust it. I do want to add in that I only had it charging for about 15 minutes when this all occurred .Do not recommend.

I bought this as a recommendation from my eye doctor for dry eyes. I have a smaller head so it’s big on me. Wish it was adjustable because I have to hold it on my eyes. It does work well though.

This is a really nice face mask. It’s easy to turn it on and then to change the temperatures. I like that it shuts off automatically after 20 minutes. That’s a bonus.

With it on. I should have taken more time to read the manual and I would have found out that it shuts off on its own after a certain number of minutes have passed.The material is very soft and smooth, and feels nice against my brow and eyes.The band is a tiny bit tight for my head, but not in a way that makes it uncomfortable.It provides a full blackout, even with lights on or during the day. Initially I thought it seemed a bit large, but now I understand why.There are three heat levels, and I usually use the center one.My optometrist had recommended ironing a handkerchief and then laying it over my eyes to promote the production of moisture or something like that. Anyway, I thought this was a way better option and I was right.

Comforting & Soothing

I already had a heated eye mask that was SUPPOSED to work in the same way as this one does. It didn't. It couldn't hold a charge & I spent more time charging when I should have been using it. It was also not silk. It also did not have a hidden adjustable strap so it would get caught in my hair & rip it out when removing it.This mask does not do any of that. Yay! I have no way of knowing if this mask is actually 22 momme Silk but I have no reason to doubt why it wouldn't be. I can say that it does FEEL like silk.The mask is available in 3 colours, Black, Dark Blue, & "Red". I put Red in quotation marks because it's not Red, it's more as shown on the Description Page, a bright, but pretty Pink.Because I am SO over the top practical, I thought it made much more sense to request one in the other 2 colours available because being dark they would be more forgiving by not showing signs of wear as much as the one in Red would.So, I did the practical & sensible thing & ordered the one in "Red"! Yes, I'm being a bit silly & rolling my eyes at myself, but it IS something to consider if you use skin care products around your eyes which could get transferred onto & possibly stain or damage the 22 momme silk even though the cover can be removed & hand washed.What can I say about the mask that you haven't read about already on the Product Description Page, other than to say it is as described. It feels great on & for MY eyes, which can become bothersome after hours of involvement with various devices, & can feel dry, & feel like they've been in a sandstorm, grainy, if you can imagine what I mean.I'm not sure if I could say its current price of $69.49 is worth it exactly. I would say it depends on your budget & needs. It is eligible for a full refund within 60 days of receipt, which is double the usual time of most other products, so you'll have enough time to figure out if you like it enough to keep it.Good luck with your decision!Note: The use of capital letters are for emphasis only.

Wonderful eye mask for tired eyes!

I cannot tell you how nice this heated mask feels on my eyes!I have dry eyes and at the same time my eyes water for any reason from cold to wind to allergies…. My eyes are sensitive and often the source of some of my headaches.I did not expect to like this mask as much as I do. It is a wonderful piece, nicely build with comfort in mind.The mask itself is large and it covers the eyes / face well. The head band is elastic and it is covered in silk, just like the rest of the mask. The silk is natural 22 momme which feels lovely and quite honestly it came as a surprise, since so many items these days are called silk satin and instead they are polyester. This one is. REAL silk and much appreciate it!The silk cover is removable for washing.The mask has 3 heat levels and depending on my mood they all feel great.Sometimes I wish that the mask would stay pressed against my eyes, which it does not on its own, for that I just lay my arm on top of my eyes, over the eye mask.The mask feels amazing and it works well!This package also came with some foam ear plugs which I did not use, since I did not have a need for yet.The mask would also make a very nice gift, as it comes nicely presented in a pretty box.RecommendedThank you

This is a Heated Eye Mask for Dry Eyes, Warm Eye Compress,Silk Sleep Mask for Women Men,Dark Circle, Puffy Eyes (Red). This is a luxuriously soft silky smooth eye mask that feels fabulous against the skin and does not damage my eyelashes. This heats up really quickly and once it is hot you get three heat settings to choose from. As a safety precaution this shuts off automatically after 20 minutes. You can get several uses on one charge as well. This is small and can easily be taken with you when you travel in your bag or in your purse to your office. It is perfect for sinus headache and Tension Headache as I have a sinus infection I have been using this quite a bit and it definitely relieves the pain and pressure in my nasal area. This is lightweight and easy to sleep and, if you fall asleep it can act as a eye darkening mask as well to keep the light out. The cover is washable you just simply remove the heating pad from inside it and you can wash the cover. I love this color it says red but in reality it is a beautiful deep fuchsia pink. I guess we'll make a wonderful gift for Christmas and it is a definite Beauty must if you are a late night or if you are prone to allergies dry eyes are sinusitis. I would recommend this.

Easy way to warm your eyes

I tend to have dry eyes and irritated eyelids. I used to put hot water compress, probably the worst way to do it with how quick it would cool down. I was suggested to try a heated mask so I got this one. It's very soft, almost forget you have it on, beside obviously not seeing anything. I started by using the lowest temperature and it's almost too low but the medium seems perfect for me, hot but not uncomfortable.Being cordless is a blessing, you can sit anywhere to use it and it's easy to plug it and recharge even though it easily last for a couple uses. It take a bit to charge though, probably a good 2 hours to full, so you need to be sure to charge it regularly and not wait for it to be empty. The strap is also adjustable but I was confused how, my partner did it in a second, telling me it's like a bra but it's hidden under the fabric so I had no idea.Only thing it is missing is a way to set the timer, I'm not patient enough not doing anything for 20 minutes and would prefer to set it to 10 or 15 minutes instead of using a timer or taking a guess.
