I hope that I can update this rating but for now the experience is hugely disappointing.These figures are made to stand up with a floor stand and a few central poles/pipes that fit together to hold up the torso and head. The package arrived as promised. As always we took the item out to assemble it to make sure it works as advertised. We immediately found the central poles/pipes were all exactly the same. No flared ends so they won't fit together. No sleeves are included that would hold identical pipes together. So we contacted Joyin to let them know and they asked for us to send pictures. So we sent pictures. They follow up with an email that says we have two choices. A) We can ask them to contact the warehouse to see if they have the right pieces but there is a chance they won't have them (any customer friendly, reputable company would have already checked) or B) They will credit us 20%of the purchase price if we decide to keep the product. The original cost was $50 so choice "B" means with their credit we still paid $40 for an item that doesn't work / can't work/ won't stand up as advertised. Joyin did not offer to exchange or replace the item. Choice A or B? If we chose "A" and ask them to check for parts we get no discount regardless if they have the parts or not. If we chose "B" then we have paid $40 for a nonfunctional item. What a ridiculous business model.

This witch is so scary that our two dogs look scared when it was still uncovered and put in the garage. It's to be used for an outside park party and I hope won't make too many kids cry. So stunningly scary!

The strands are overly long and when the wind blows they separated and we had to put them back together several times.

It took all of 15 mins to get her set up... probably less if I would have read the instructions. As realistic as I want her to be. Her animation is perfect and fits with her phrases. All of the above for a pittance of the cost of others I've checked out. Ya can't go wrong.

it is exactly like it is in the picture! The only problem is that one eye light fell inside the face, lights up around the nose looks funny, and i cannot fix it. But other than that easy to essambl, talks and moves and tall as advertised! 3 star because of the eye! If it was where it belongs, i would do 5 stars.
