My husband and I take 3 Keto gummies and2 Garcinia Cambogia (from Bolo) in the morning. These 2 things keep us feeling full and energetic until around 5:00 when we eat one meal-meat and salads. This is doesn't work. You're better off taking a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar with mom. it a lot cheaper and I know that works to suppress the appetite.It may not taste good, but it works.

I like the taste and I can feel the benefits of ACV and the B vitamins in them. Pomegranate and beet are great choices for liver health, but the trace amounts of these are clearly more for show than for any real benefit.Too much sugar, 2.5g per gummy is just not necessary and really works against the benefit derived from them. Most non-organic sugar (98%) today comes from GMO sugarbeets, The fact that this doesn't have any organic ingredients big red flag #1.Red flag#2: It just says "non-GMO" but doesn't carry any certification like the non-GMO Project.Red flag#3: Reached out to customer support a week ago about the source of their sugar. Got an automatic "your query has been received" email, but otherwise still no response.Red flag#4: Use of cyanocobalamin instead of methylB12. methyl-B12 is readily bioavailable, only reason to use cyano is to save money because it's cheaper. All quality supplements really intent on helping people use methyl (in case you didn't know).The GMO thing is important. In case you also didn't know, glyphosate (roundup) has been definitively linked to lymphoma as well as other health issues to the tune of hundreds of billions of dollars in settlements. It's still used because of lobbyists profiting off of GMOs that are "roundup ready", meaning they are sprayed their entire lifecycle with this anitbiotic toxin and everything else around it dies. Anyone serious about their health will avoid roundup, and unfortunately that actually means choosing organic instead of just non-GMO. Every now and then I venture out in the world of supplements and try something like this, but was disappointed.I'll update if I ever hear back from the company.

I was optimistic but I haven't seen any results in appetite, clothing, weight, etc for 11 days now. I'll keep taking them until the bottle runs out to see if maybe the pounds will start to shed. They have a tart flavor so drink the water that is recommended!
