I think it’s helping with my joint pain and maybe even helping me to sleep better. I’m happy to be cutting way back on my OTC pain killers. No it doesn’t mix into liquids very well. It’s why I just put my dosage under my tongue. If you try this be careful about inhaling whilst doing so. I am happy with this product, will continue to purchase. I also like that it doesn’t seem to have fillers good quality.

While this does not dissolve in liquids, it is a completely tasteless powder. Mix it in something like yogurt or applesauce to consume or put powder directly in your mouth for your saliva to dissolve it. I take it this way and I put it in my cats' food and they eat it readily. Good for inflammation and nerve sensitivity.

I don’t know if this is going to work since I just started using it. I can say that it does not dissolve. I put it in my morning shake that is mixed by a vitamix blender. This morning I blended it twice and the powder was still floating on the top.

EDIT: I wrote this review 3/12. I have since tried multiple times to contact the company and haven't heard anything back. It is now 3/19. In one of my direct emails to them, I said I'd even be willing to trade it for something else. CRICKETS. Avoid these people. I'm out a decent amount of money and they do not care! If a miracle happens and they end up making this right, I will gladly change my review.This PEA powder does NOT dissolve. In ANYTHING. It clumps together so badly I'm worried about my sink as well as my internal plumbing. The Internet clearly says it only dissolves in oil, when heated as an infusion. That didn't work either (pic) so I doubt this is actually PEA powder. I am within the return limit and it will not allow me to start a return on it! I got this because I have chronic, debilitating pain. I do not have an income and I REALLY NEED my money back PLEASE! You have terrible reviews. Please make this right and prove people wrong, in a timely manner! I need this money so I can try something else to ease my agony! I'm from Nevada and I really want to like you guys.. :(

I'm so thrilled with this product! There are others out there that are quite a bit more expensive so I compared another with this one and I cannot see any difference. Yay! I'm using this for my horse and heaven knows supplements are expensive enough but when combined with how much a 1300 pound horse would need, it became prohibitive. This product checks all the boxes. We have not used it long enough to know if it will work, but I will start taking this myself and check back to update my review.

The powder is tasteless and easily mixes into my MCT oil that is also rather tasteless. No reason for me to buy the expensive PEA in capsules.
