My boyfriend was flying across the country to go to his kids graduation. I bought this for him to take his diabetes items. It worked perfectly. He got it through airport security no problem. And the price was really good. Which is especially important since he forgot to pack it to bring it home and I have to buy him another one.Travelability:You have to remember to put the packs on the freezer the night before you leave, but everything needed fit and stayed cold until he got to his hotel after his cross country flight.

Great for travel, love the color!!!! Very sturdy and durable and the fact that it came with 2 ice packs was great however with both ice packs frozen and the insulin it wouldn’t zipper… but still works well with 1 ice packs!

The case is very durable. I froze the ice packs the day before I flew and placed my shot in the item with the ice packs and when I arrived at the hotel my product was still cold.

Very useful for insulin on the go. Only drawback is it’s hard to fit both ice packs and two insulin pens so I just use one ice pack.

We carry our dogs insulin bottle and a couple of needles in this case when we travel with him. It keeps everything in its place and most importantly it keeps his insulin cold! Great product!
