Great quality image and audio, very smooth transitions and loading. And the boot time is very minimal. I highly recommend this laptop if you are looking for low hassle and high performance.

DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT Order from this seller! As soon as I finished uploading all of my files/data onto this laptop, the BitLocker engaged and completely prevented me from getting into the computer. All the information sent with the laptop and also from the seller stated that Best Buy would fix the problem "for free". SO, after making a total of four hours drive time to nearest Best Buy, and paying them $100, I now have a working laptop. BUT absolutely NO SATISFACTION in reimbursing me. I have to pay for this repair on a brand new, in warranty laptop from my own pockets. BUYER BEWARE.
