Supports up to #330 per site. I was unable to use right away due to previous injury. However, works well, supportive of a larger framed woman without issue. Strengthening core and sculpting; using pilates movements between days, helpful for flexibility. Recommend.

My intention was to get this to use in my little RV, hooking it to some existing eye hooks. I do like it for stretching, but much prefer resistance training straps for workout. So, it is presently getting little use. It is small, so still keeping it on-board the RV.

I ordered this therapy swing for my husband and myself to help with our back issues. This swing is simple once you follow the directions. The stoppers go over the door, shut the door, IMPORTANT make sure you are using a door that no one will open while you are stretching or everyone will be in for a big surprise!!! The straps are numbered to help make assembly quicker. The instructions say the swing will hold up to 330 pounds but again make you the door you are using will support the weight or again big surprise. This swing took getting use to for me, my husband didn't like it.

I'm familiar with suspension trainers but had never seen one with a hammock-like device so thought I would give this a try. The setup is easy, just put the bumpers behind a door and close. The doors in my house are pretty snug in their jamb so I had to tug quite a bit to get the straps through but it was fine and there was no damage to the door. Then connect the straps to those bumpers and begin training.The straps are sturdy and great!But the hammock stretches which makes it comfortable, but also means there's a lot of give. This makes it feel very unsteady.The instructions are limited to a small piece of paper with illustrations of some poses I could try but nothing more to tell me why this might be better than other suspension trainers.I ultimately decided I did not like using the hammock so I reverted to only using the straps. Those are fantastic and would pack easily to use anywhere.

Saw this full body workout yoga swing and thought I would give it a try!
