This one meets my approval. I like the fact I can lay down versus sitting upright. I misplaced the felt pad whereas you can add aroma scents. But contacting customer service was Quality. She took care of the situation, QUICKLY and so very PLEASANT about it.I recommended they include a couple of felts if the customer chooses to add aroma therapy to their facial rejuvenation.

You can put on your creams and lay in bed , point the steam toward your face and breath the moistness. It sure helps lessen black heads and little spots. I use it at least every second day. A dream product and so easy to use. At 82 I need it

This is kinda awkward to set up and use. The spray is strong but not too powerful. I'm getting steamed without getting soaked, or burned. The amount of water lasts for a while. It really feels good on your face. Opens up pores and helps with dry skin.

This facial steamer is incredible. Easy to assemble and use. The steam and ozone modes work well. I love that it can be used while I’m laying down in bed or on the couch with the right set up. Felt a measurable difference using it while applying skincare products. They absorb so much better and my skin looks great.

I love the small footprint of this tabletop ionic facial steamer by Deer Beauty. I keep it on my nightstand and look forward to steaming my face once a week before I go to bed. This steamer is easy to assemble and is easy to operate. The water tank can hold up to 14 ounces of water. I use purified water in the tank as recommended and it takes approximately 3-5 minutes for the steam to be released after I power it on. There is consistent stream of mist that comes out of the nozzle that is warm and relaxing. The steam last about 25 minutes or so but I like to refill the tank once more. I especially like that the nozzle and arm rotates 360 degrees so that the angle of the spray mist can be positioned in the precise direction I want it to be. I like using this steamer while laying on my bed or watching TV on my bed. The steamer automatically shuts off when the water in the tank reaches a certain low level. The foldable burn guards is a nice feature because the water tank becomes very hot to the touch. I did not realize that the water tank was not removable and to empty the water from the tank after the water cools, I would need to turn the steamer upside down to pour the remaining water out. It's difficult to get all the water out completely. I do like this steamer because it has been effective with opening my pores and hydrating my skin.

I love this tabletop facial steamer. I have a much larger one on what I call an "IV pole" because that's what it reminds me of. This tabletop steamer is impressive. The size is compact and you can take the attachments off for easy storage. This is very easy to setup. It has a large water tank. Within about 5 minutes it began producing a continuous cloud of lightly warm steam. You can position the nozzle to aim where you want it. I like to use this to open up my pores before a facial. It leaves my skin feeling so soft and smooth. As a bonus it also helps open up your sinuses. I'm very impressed with this tabletop unit and will be donating my giant one that takes up precious closet space. This tabletop unit works just as good. Five stars!

The product is efficient but if your like me & want to combine it with aromatherapy, this does not function. I tried drops first, then soaking the pad and still it doesn’t pass through the steam. Don’t waste your expensive oil
