I loved that the batteries lasted and are still good even after a week of practice. No need to find an outlet to use the keyboard.The kids love playing with the demo buttons. The keys are smaller than a regular piano, but perfect for 9 year old hands.The one con about the keyboard is the volume. When turned on, it is very loud and needs to be turned down before playing. If you want loud music, then this is perfect. If, however, you are practicing in a small hotel room, be sure to turn it down right when you turn it on.

Fun to play. Very sturdy, solid. Great quality. Volume control is great. And vivid yellow color is beautiful. It features a variety of instruments.

I'm quite impressed that this only cost me $24 and with a coupon I got it for $19.It's way bigger than I was expecting. About twice as big as I thought it would be. I purchased this primarily for the color and because I wanted to add a very cheesy keyboard to my arsenal for those songs that need it. Not the least bit disappointed in the sound. It's VERY cheesy. It has some interesting features like sustain and vibrato. I can see using these on occasion. It's also going to make a great travel keyboard for sitting under a tree at the park and sketching out ideas. The action of the keys is about as plasticky as you'd expect. Not as bad as some toy keyboards you might get from a dollar store but not as good as say a Casio toy keyboard. There is no noticeable delay from the keystrike to hearing the sound which was something I was concerned about. Lots of cheap keyboards can't seem to even do that much. Most of all I'm in love with the yellow color. It's hard to find keyboards that I could actually see myself using that come in a bright lemony yellow color. As for the battery compartment that I read in some comments won't close when batteries are installed, I had no issue there at all. I don't know if it's a problem that has been rectified by RockJam or if those buyers had gotten defective keyboards or if the batteries that you use makes a difference. I'm using rechargeable Enerloops. They fit just fine. Like all low end nearly toy keyboards this one benefits greatly from adding effects to it. Highly recommend you pass it through an effects pedal or something similar to get the most out of this gem. Reverb is essential.

This is a fantastic little keyboard for a very low price! I'm a pianist and teacher outside of regular work. A girl at work wanted to learn to play an Adele song, but had no piano. So I bought this to lend to her. Even though it is not full size keys, it's still workable for an adult. She's learning and enjoying it very much. I also have had an opportunity to experience Rockjam's great customer service. Again, fantastic! Quick response, and obvious caring about the customer.

Got this for my 9 yr old for Xmas 2022- all she wanted was a keyboard!!! My husband and I spent countless hours scouring the internet for an affordable, good quality, LASTING, beginner keyboard. We read through THOUSANDS of reviews before eventually deciding on this particular keyboard. When she opened it up on Xmas morning, she was THE HAPPIEST kid!!! This was the BEST GIFT she’d gotten 🤗 we even got her a little head set about a week later so she could play her heart out whenever she desired without distracting anyone else!!! Her & her little sister learned sooo many songs SOO QUICKLY, without any cheat sheets!?! I even got the little one a small little kid keyboard to be just like her sister!! I figured once we upgraded, we could give this one to her…. Wellll after about 4/5 months of magical music - the keys stopped producing any sound. The speakers worked, the lights turned on, everything was working but no sound came from pushing any of the keys!! I kept it around, hoping to get on here to reach out to customer service… but it just became another eyesore that took up way too much space.Both girls completely lost interest in learning / playing music on a keyboard & I threw it out a few days ago. Too bad it didn’t last but I guess that’s how things are today.

Easy to use and fun for all ages !!
It is a great little keyboard. It has very good & useful functions and features. Very great for the price and small enough for little hands. Comes with so many beats and rhythms. Hours of fun for the kids but adults can enjoy it too.
