I've been a buyer on Bolo for over 25 years and I have to say---the seller of this H20Floss is the best I've ever encountered! First off, the flosser is amazing! It works 10000x better than I expected--I really feel the cleanliness and freshness of my teeth after using it, much more so than regular floss--and it keeps its charge for nearly 3-4 weeks of twice daily use! This flosser also comes with a regular wall socket adapter so one can charge it easily in the wall rather than just via USB port!!! That is a VERY good thing! It charges in about 3-5 hours and after that, lasts for 3-4 weeks! WOW! It has several 'speeds' in which you can choose how strong you want the water floss to hit your teeth/gums and several different tips to reach in any area of your mouth! It even comes with a travel bag!!! :faints: And all for an incredibly unbeatable price!!!!! I truly can't say enough good things about this item--it works above and beyond what I expected and I expected a lot. :)Now, the customer service! After 6 months, I received a kind email from the seller (H20floss) asking how the product was and if I had any questions or needed any help with the flosser!!! That is amazing on its own---that the seller cared enough AFTER SIX MONTHS to contact me, to make sure all was well!! Have you EVER had a seller do that for you? WOW! I didn't really have any issues at the time, but about 2 months later, (8 months after purchase), the flosser started to have a MINOR problem in that the tips were a bit difficult to get to remain in the unit. I thought I had the tip in securely but it would fly up when I turned on the flosser and spurt water everywhere. It wasn't a HUGE issue, but a bit annoying and I'd have to then make SURE the tips were inside the unit's head super securely to make sure this didn't happen often. So I remembered that email the seller sent me a couple months back and replied, explaining the minor problem but also that I loved their product and its results on my teeth/gums! Instantly, I mean within hours, the seller replied asking some questions to clarify the issue and then when I explained a bit more, they offered a refund or replacement!!!!!! :faints: I clearly love the item so I opted for the replacement, which arrived in 24 HOURS! :faints again: Finally, just yesterday, the seller emailed again, letting me know the item was delivered safely and that they hope I was satisfied with their product and customer service aftercare!!! Oh boy, am I ever! I still can't believe how incredibly generous, fast and kind this seller is! They really stand behind their product--which is amazing in itself, truly one of the best purchases I've made on Bolo, or anywhere---and they really care about their customers! In a scale of 1 - 10 stars, I give them a 15!!! Bravo, H20Floss!!! Your product and your care are both above and beyond!!!!!! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA+++++++++++ God bless you!!!!

I hate using this thing, but I hate flossing more. I have figured out that if I use this thing, I can occasionally skip flossing. I have periodontitis and before my hygienist recommended a water flosser I had pockets that were 3, and 4. All of my 3's are now 2's and my 2's are 1's after using this most nights. It takes getting used to. It is messy - I don't use it in the shower. None of this is a problem. My problem is that the reservoir is cracked and leaks water and the tubing that draws water into the flosser looks nasty. Did anyone else have this problem? I have stopped using it and am preparing to buy something different.

You can buy this item with confidence, knowing the company stands behind their product and takes care of their customers.I was happy with the H2ofloss Water Dental Flosser at first, it worked well and was easy to use. Unfortunately, after about a month of daily use, it stopped working. The motor would run, but no water would come out. I checked for blockages and even replaced the tips, but nothing helped.However, I’m now very satisfied with the experience. The seller rep (Doris) responded very quickly and helpfully. She suggested a few troubleshooting steps and even sent a picture to guide me. When the issue couldn’t be fixed, she offered a free replacement or a full refund. Doris from customer support sent me a brand new replacement, and I received it within just two days. Couldn't ask for better service. This level of support really shows they value their customers.Still don’t believe me? Just look at their ratings.

After being very disappointed with the Water Pik dental flosser, I was afraid to buy another one, especially one that cost so little. BUT, this works so much better! It's got 5 modes, so you can start out slow and work your way up to roto-router status. It holds it's charge well and was very easy to use. It really has great cleaning ability (I've flosses after several times, just to see if there was anything left, but there wasn't) and the quality for the price is excellent. I anticipate that my gum health will improve with this....only had it about a week, and so far so good!

OK, this unit is great. I have a regular full size Water-Pik at home and this will not replace it, but I don't need it to. I bought this to use when traveling and camping, and it works great for that. Plenty of power, lots of nozzles (I've never seen a tongue scraper nozzle before) , and for once, a manual that is not full of spelling or syntax errors, like most products made in China have. The carrying pouch (which is not shown in any of the pictures) is a nice touch too.Only drawback is that it does not hold a lot of water, but that is by design for something this size and it's really easy to fill, and dump when done.
