I have consumed a couple of electrolyte powders, and most of them are good and do the job. The issue is the cost. When I saw this product, I was really interested because of the price vs. the others I have bought, which are almost 10 dollars cheaper and provide the same benefits.I really love the taste of the blue raspberry; it has a wonderful taste, and if mixed with club soda, it has a great fountain drink taste. I do not add anything else with it and found it to be a great break from normal water and black coffee I started a subscription and saved for this product. Well worth it!

I've been wanting to try something like this for awhile so I was happy to finally get the chance. First thing I noticed is the 1 scoop for 8-12 fl oz of water is way to strong, so I tried one scoop in a 16fl oz bottle of water, over the first two days I tried it both at room temperature and cold and it dissolved easily in both instances and while it tasted fine i would say it's still a little strong and in fact when cold the salt taste is even stronger. The two subsequent days I tried mixing the same amount in a 23.7 fl oz bottle of water again one day at room temperature and one day cold, even diluted this much it has a stronger flavor than Gatorade and the few other electrolyte drinks I can think of off the top of my head, again it tasted saltier when cold. In all 4 instances I did enjoy the drink and I will continue to experiment until I find the right level to dilute it at for me. The container does say to mix one scoop per day so I haven't been drinking more than that just in case. The calorie count is 5 per scoop so it's on part with other zero calorie sports drinks.Even if you drink it at the recommended mixture overall it's cheaper than alternatives and if you dilute it that's just more servings reducing the price even further. If you like sports and or electrolyte drinks this is a good choice for the price.

All I drink is water. So I'm not used to flavored anything, and I really have never liked it. But with as much water as I drink I've been reading that it's important to add electrolytes, so I got two different brands. The first one I got isn't even comparable to the quality and taste of this one. And more importantly, as much water as I getting my mouth still feels dry sometimes. Since I've been using this daily, I can feel the difference in my mouth. So it's a product where I can most definitely tell that it's making a difference. I use a 32 oz water bottle and add about 3/4 of the small scoop it comes with, which gives it just the right amount of flavor for me. Depending how I'm feeling, occasionally I'll use it twice a day. This week I got hit with a pretty bad migraine, so the last two days I've doubled up on this. I'm pretty confident it helped me recover a lot faster bc the first two days I wasn't able to consume anything.

I’m not an athlete. I’m a 60 year old out of shape woman who doesn’t drink enough so my review is based on this. This mix arrived fresh, with a great expiration date and a sealed lid. It mixes easily in water with no clumps and I like the taste. To me it’s very recognizable as blue raspberry with a pinch of salt. It’s easy to drink and it’s very thirst quenching. I currently have several electrolyte drinks and this is a tasty one.
