This is the best kinesiology tape I've ever used. I like how it is made in convenient pre-cut lengths and how it stays in place until I'm ready to take it off. I am a 60-something woman, and my left leg is starting to act up. I wear a bamboo leg sleeve but when I need extra support (like when I feel a stab of pain)--I strategically place some of this k-tape on the spot and that pretty much takes care of the pain without having to swallow some ibuprofen. You get three different colored rolls (mine were black, blue and beige) in the box. Each roll has 60 strips of k-tape. It's a good value at the price being offered IMO.

Tape ripped off my skin when trying to remove. Tried dry and also underwater. Neither helped and hurt so bad to take off. I now have bruising and cuts where I had the tape. Only on for 8 hours.

Great Physio Tape
I ordered this Physio Tape because it was way cheaper than the name brand. I have used about half a roll so far and it works great. I find it seems to be stickier than the name brand, twice I've taped my calf and used it for two days each time no corners were peeling up at all. I probably could have gone at least one more day each time as after the two days I had to rip it off and it was still completely stuck on. I also have fairly sensitive skin and had no reaction to the tape at all. The only negative that I can note is that I had a little bit of adhisive residue around where the edges of the tape were but for me that was the only negative I could note. For me I would say that it is better than the name brand. I highly recommend this tape!

Love them the only thing is I made the mistake wearing them with my rubber Birkenstock, the tape got stuck inside the shoes extremely hard to remove
Work well and stay on
They’re very stretchy, I don’t know if that’s good or bad, but it worked well for my purpose (putting on feet to prevent cuts from sandals). They stick pretty well and don’t leave residue usually. Happy overall.
Life saver
I’ve been in so much pain, once applied on my wrist my pain eased giving me support. In terms of stickiness you are okay for a couple of days but when you shower you will see the tape, start to lift.
