Unlike that other brand, this one is reasonably priced, yet it is still a premium design and finish. The size is great, and easily could accommodate 2 monitores. The shelf is lined with felt, and fits my 13" laptop with about an inch to spare, so it could probably handle a 14", maybe even 15" laptop. The matching wood tray fits the shelf perfectly. I do wish the legs had an opening to snake cables through (maybe an arch at the top or bottom of each leg). But, otherwise, I am very happy with this desk shelf.

I’ve been keeping an eye out for a monitor stand like this for years and I was so excited to find this. Balolo sells an amazing one but it’s SO much more expensive.- The build of this is high quality and doesn't feel or look cheap at all.- Very useful with the attached tray and makes your desk look way more organized.- So easy to put together as well. I had trouble with one hole and screw but besides that it only took 5 minutes to put together (if that).Buy it! Just make sure you measure the space first.

Incredible. I can't speak for some of the more higher-end brands like Grovemade and such, but this does everything that I need it to do. Yes, the wood finish isn't the smoothest, and yes, the little laptop compartment is a bit flimsy, but for the price, you can't go wrong. I'm also super glad the color ended up matching my desk perfectly. Definitely going to be using this for the long-run.

Update: The vendor saw my review and remedied the situation. Great customer support!Original review: The monitor riser came with uneven staining and a chunk of wood missing from one of the corners. It works, but it looks pretty bad all things considered.

1.0 out of 5 stars NOT Walnut, not even Hardwood - Genuinely disappointed

I was very excited for this but was immediately disappointed upon opening the packages. The first thing immediately stood out was that this is plywood. And not even walnut veneered plywood! It has poorly applied walnut stain. The edges and corners have been sanded and burned thru the stain/top surface veneer, there’s drips and scratches on the surface, and the black stained wooden legs are even worse quality.There was ZERO mention of this being plywood in the listing. It states Walnut and Hardwood multiple times. I could accept a Walnut veneered ply if it was a nice plywood but this is shitty, porous ply with voids and bad edge quality.I wasn’t expecting a master carpenter level of quality, but this screams of low effort, for the most amount of money someone would buy and not be willing to return because it’s barely good enough and don’t want to go through the hassle of returning. I’ll be returning this, unfortunatelyI will be returning this.

The design is nice and it helps tidy up the desk, but the materials aren’t the best. The metal drawer flexes a bit when I put my laptop on top, which makes it feel a little flimsy. It works, but I expected something more solid for the price.

Great quality, was bigger than expected but that is a good thing- I was worried it would be too small. Very nice value, and exceptionally alternative to Grovemade.

I do not use mine to hold my monitor as I have a 45-inch ultrawide. I did know if I would like this or use it. But I love it adds so much more space to store things in. and if i temporarily need my desk space this is easy to move off of my desk.
