Very nice item, nicely finished, well packaged in thick foam. Good quality machining and knurling. All solid aluminum, except for the screw which is steel with a plastic knob.

The clampdown works fine but the rubber protection pads don’t stay attached so you have put something in between the clamps so you don’t damage your project

Top pease is not one piece with the tube,is held on with a set screw that breaks,had to drill it out and put a solid pin in it to make it work.
