This review has been updated. The seller provided above and beyond customer service. It's unfortunately rare to deal with sellers that actually care about their customers. Yes, I did have an issue with the printer but the seller went out of their way to help me and make it right.Worked great for about 3 months but now it won't dispense filament. Changed out nozzle with supplied replacement and it still won't work. It appears that it instantly clogs the metal tube above print nozzle. Tried multiple known good filaments with no success. It will feed the filament up to the print head but then simply melts there causing the jam. Cleaning the nozzle does not fix the issue.Update - Seller contacted me quickly and is sending replacement parts free of charge. I changed my rating based upon level of customer service that I received from this seller.

After reading so many reviews on different 3D printers, I decided on this one for my son’s 8th birthday. He loves toys, so I thought how fun would it be if he could make his own! This was by far his favorite gift and both he and his older brother haven’t stopped using it since we got it. Setup was easy, we bought different colors of filament on Bolo (only came with white) and it’s pretty quiet when printing. The app is great and has so many options to print. Can’t say enough good things!

This has exceeded our expectations! The set up was easy and everything worked as we went through everything step by step. We then tried a few of the preloaded designs and we were amazed at how well they turned out! It’s fun and easy to use. The is a little clunky and still figuring out a few things but so far - we love this thing!

My son absolutely loves his 3D printer. He is 10 years old and quite tech-savvy for his age. He was able to figure this out by himself and prints items frequently. The print quality is great for the price. He has carried it around to school and back with ease! It is small enough to fit in his bedroom with ease. It is able to print good size items! The only reason I give this 4 stars is because it is very loud. He is not able to print overnight because it keeps him up at night.

I purchased this printer approx. 3 months ago, and everything was great, the printer was working well (although a bit slow) for the first ~30 cycles; then, I tried loading a roll of PLA (which may have been slightly dry) and the printer immediately jammed up. I tried trouble shooting multiple times (replacedthe nozzle etc.)(even watched the crappy and misleading video on YouTube, as recommended by the manufacturer) - to no avail. Since the hotend is only covered for 60 days by the warranty, I have no option but to toss this printer and start fresh with a different make an model.So disappointing :(Edit: I just received my Bambulab a1 combo today, and, holy moly that thing is infinitely better than this piece of trash. Do yourself a favor and spend $100 dollar more and get yourself a Bambulab a1 mini or something. Their print speed and quality are a million leagues above this one here.
