I like the chewable electrolytes. I’ve used them before workouts and also after. They seem to keep me hydrated better than just water.

The media could not be loaded. Great electrolyte supplement before run. Easy chew. Good flavor. I don’t have to drink 8-16oz to get same electrolytes.

My husband has episodes since covid, these are the only thing we've found that resolves episodes he has. Thank goodness for a product that helps and easy to carry along. He could not do a 20 minute walk but if he takes one starting our walk he doesn't get faint or lightheaded! An awesome relief!

I love SaltStick Chewables, especially during the hot summer months when my kids are playing sports. When they start feeling dizzy, lightheaded, or complain about muscle cramps from electrolyte loss, I pull these out. After just 2 or 3 tablets, they start to feel normal again—hydrated and energized. The orange flavor is a hit, and I love having a quick, effective solution on hand. Definitely a sports bag must-have for active families!
