I was hoping for the miracle that's all over tv, FB, etc. A lot of hype and I haven't seen a bit of weight loss results in over a week. Oh well - it was a good try.

I was using my 3rd bottle even though I hadn't seen much change yet. My eyes started having problems with excessive watering and itching, I went to my eye doctor about it too. I was absolutely miserable with this problem for two months until I finally figured out what had changed in the past 3 months!

Taste:I've never been a fan of AVC gummies, but they're substantially easier to take than the liquid version. I'm not a fan of chewing these gummies, but they are very easy to simply swallow. The taste is moderately bitter, with a hint of sweetness.Strength:Compared to other premium AVC gummies, the dosing on this one is slightly lower. (Other premium AVC gummies are 1500mg per serving, compared to this one at 1000mg) However, with the amount of gummies you get per order, it evens out if you simply adjust your serving size.Benefits:Overall, for me, when I take ACV, my digestive system seems to function better, I have a bit more energy, and I tend eat a bit less.Overall:This is a good source of ACV, and is very easy to take compared to traditional liquid forms of ACV.4 stars.

I like that these are substantial gummies. They're not the tiny bear-shaped ones, and they are shaped like little apples. Okay, the shape is not important, but the size is (at least to me.I take these gummies in the morning, right after I get up. I actually look forward to this every day because it's the only time I get to eat something I consider a treat. It's not candy, true... but it's a pleasant experience, nonetheless.I've found that these ACV gummies really helped me dump some pounds over the past few months. They also assist you in your diet quest by suppressing your appetite.These don't have that really bitter, ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar) flavor, which is actually unpleasant in some competing product. These are actually nice to eat (a plus!).My one caveat regarding this product has to do with carbohydrates. For a product that sells as a "Keto" item, this has a good deal of carbs. There are 5 carbs for two of these (the recommended daily dose), and to me that's a bit excessive. It can be a deal breaker for anyone who is a diabetic, or following a ketogenic diet, or even just counting daily carbohydrate intake. Comparable product have as little as two carbs, so it pays to check the label.Other than that, good product, of satisfying size and consistency, with good flavor. A decent value, as well.
