As the wife has MacTel, her vision is highly compromised. She needed a good, lighted magnifying glass, and she loves this one.

So heavy I can barely hold it to read something. Light switch is squirrely.*Seller reached out to refund and explain the product is real glass and lights add weight. I have learned to avoid the switch when handling. Overall it's a good product if you are looking for a magnifier.

This is a great lighted magnifier! I do a lot of diamond art projects, and other close-up small, detailed arts and crafts, and my eyesight isn't as good as it once was, but with this magnifier, I have no problem doing small, up-close work. It has three different brightness levels which are perfect. It is a tad bit heavy, but totally worth it! I highly recommend this product. I'm actually going to buy another one as a backup.

The descriptions says it's a 30x magnifier, the actual magnification is 2x. The led lights are bright, but if you need even 2.5x magnification, this is NOT the product for you. I can't believe it is allowed to be marketed as 30x.

This is a great magnifying glass, but it really needs a nice soft case to put it in for protection and to keep it clean. Yes I would recommend it to others.
