I actually purchased this item twice b/c my 7 year old liked it so much! She asked for a digital watch and this one was cute and within the budget. Just beware it’s not even the slightest bit water proof make sure you explain that to your child and , keep it FAR from moisture. She only had it a week and thought it was waterproof like my watch b/c I didn’t think to explain it to her. She decided to give her hands a “bath” in the sink ~sigh~ so the first watch met its untimely (chuckle) demise . Argh. Oh well.. it was worth purchasing a second one and she’s taken much better care of this one. She loves being able to keep with what time it is on her own.
