Putting anything else on my face burned and hurt but starting this gel took only a few days before I could start adding back more of my products after my skin barrier was healed. It’s not too thick like aquaphor but it’s just thick enough to give a good sheen over your face to protect it. It felt so good to be able to add this to my regimen and feel it doing its job and protecting my skin. So worth it!

I developed very sensitive reactive skin as I got older and only use Epionce Milky Lotion for washing my face, followed by Vanicream patted on to wet skin, then occasionally a Vaseline stick for an occlusive. I decided to add this gel to my routine. I am now using it under and around my eyes, and on my face over my moisturizer, and have now replaced the nighttime Vaseline with this gel. I have had no reaction whatever, and I like the glowy moist appearance and the texture better than the Vaseline. It is not as occlusive as the Vaseline stick and gives my very dry sensitive skin a cooling sensation as well as dewy glow. I just started using but am relieved I have not had any negative reaction such as stinging, rash nor redness thus far. There is no perfume nor scent which is a big bonus!

This works well on my dry skin with no scent which is key since my skin is prone to irritation. This product definitely works as advertised to improve hydration without being sticky or too thick.

I don't know if this is associated with the real La Roche Posay company or if it is a drop shipper, but DO NOT purchase this listing for this item. Title of the product and photos clearly show this to be a 1.35 Fl Oz tube and instead I was sent a 0.1 Fl Oz tiny little sample tube and still charged the full $22.99. I would assume this was a mistake but based on many other reviews it may not be. Costing me more in my time and money to bring this to be returned for a refund, but I am going to do it because WTF! This is a total rip off.I LOVE La Roche Posay and their products, but I want to make sure others do not fall prey to this listing and lose money and time.

This gel has completely healed my skin barrier, my face has never looked better, and bonus it has completely healed my severe sunburn with no peeling. I love the texture of this more than the balm. No stickiness, very moisturizing, no color or white cast so it works well under makeup and makes a nice primer. I wish it were bigger for the high price, because I would buy in bulk and use it everywhere if it were more affordable. My skin absolutely loves this stuff. :)

I tend to get dry skin behind my ears in the dead of winter. This gel is odorless and keeps my skin healthy. My skin would get itchy and dry but no more! It only takes a small amount to hydrate and protect the skin. I also use it on my lips at bedtime. This tube will last a long time.
