I was honestly nervous about buying a low-cost mattress on Bolo especially one that comes vacuum-sealed in a tiny box but wow, was I pleasantly surprised! I got the full size firm and as someone with fibromyalgia and chronic muscle pain, I’ve never slept better. The moment I cut the plastic, it fully inflated and felt like I was sleeping suspended in air. It’s perfectly firm, supportive, and unbelievably comfortable. For the price, this is an absolute steal. If you’re dealing with back issues or body pain get the firm! Highly recommend!

Buying beds online is nerve wracking because no matter how much research you do, or how many reviews you read, you just never know for sure until you sleep on it. I bought two supposedly "firm" Dreamcloud mattresses, one for over a thousand, and another one for $700, and had to return them both. Luckily, they have a good return policy. So then I went to two mattress stores and they were seriously over-priced. A truly firm mattress is not easy to find, and definitely not cheap. But this one is firm, and it is affordable. I'm glad I took a chance and ordered this one. It really is firm and comfortable and well-made. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is that the edge support isn't great -- if you're like me and you sit on the edge of your bed to put on your socks in the morning, you will dip forward.

This 14" mattress is super comfortable. It came rolled up. We laid it on our bed frame, pulled each layer of plastic off and it unrolled and expanded ready for use. We thought it would need hours to expand, but it was instant. I am extremely sensitive to smell and it had no odor. This mattress is firm but has enough flexibility for comfort while laying on our sides, rolling over, or on our backs. We've only had it for a few days but it's wonderful so far. The edges are soft so when you slide off of the bed there is a gentle sloping. It's nice that way because of the softness, no hard edges. Easy to set up, the thickness is perfect, we sleep good, there is no odor, as for durability we shall see.

I love this mattress it came fedex in a box and when I unpacked it it puffed up to normal size it is so comfortable and sturdy love love love it price was right too!!’

UPDATED REVIEW: It’s now been 7 days and there’s a 2x3’ area that never expanded no matter how much kneading, rolling or stomping I did to get it to release. Unfortunately I’ll have to leave this as a 1 star review as the product was defective and there is no customer support, or even a website for this company. I will be ordering another Zinus foam mattress instead.2 stars for now, I will update if mattress ever fully expands.So far this mattress has been on my floor for over 72hrs and the middle of the mattress has yet to fully expand.. I have been stepping on it, kneading it, even gave it a couple wallops with a rubber hammer to try and break it up.. the bottom half is firm enough to lay on so I can test if this bed is firm enough for me (I like as firm as possible to support my back) and it feels firm enough, I will also update that when I can actually sleep on it.This mattress feels firm but it is definitely not high quality memory foam, it has a very bouncy feel to it and if you’re sleeping with a significant other it won’t absorb movement much, if at all.I have the 10” thick queen size and it only has about an inch, maybe two of soft memory foam on top. Not enough to make a difference for people that like a softer feel with firmness underneath. Overall, it’s about what I expected for the price.
