    Returned immediately, omg, this stuff was so foul! Imagine a menthol nasal inhaler that's only meant to clear your sinuses. Now stick it in your mouth and inhale deeply. Yuck, gag, spit, NASTY!!! I hoped these would help me to quit vaping but all these nasty tasting little menthol sticks will do is make you want to rinse your mouth. Bad, bad, bad idea.
