Bought it on whim, hoping it would help me clean. Can not express how pleased I am with what this powerful little tool can do. It can reach hard to reach places, and is an amazing steamer!

The steamer works very well and I appreciate all of the attachments included. It takes approximately 6-8 minutes to warm up/build pressure prior to use and then functions for less time than that with continued use (before needing to be refilled). Once refilled, it takes another 6-8 minutes to resume usefulness. While the item is effective, all of the time required in filling, waiting, filling, waiting...makes cleaning take that much longer. As I tried to speed up the process, I learned the following: All of the pressure must be expelled prior to removing the cap for refilling, or the steamer must cool off prior to removing the cap. If the steamer is hot and too much water remains inside, the cap will not come off (just spins). If less (unknown amount) water remains, the cap will come off, however, extremely hot water/steam will escape and splash as the top is removed.

I bought this when I was pregnant because I didnβt want to clean with chemicals. I have only used this twice since getting it. I really wanted to love it after seeing all the hype on steam cleaners. I think it works really well for some things. I was impressed with the microfiber attachment on our stainless steel dishwasher. I think there is a learning curve when using it. Itβs also not very convenient to get out and put together for a quick clean. I will probably only use this for deep cleans. Be careful with the attachments you use. I was using the bristle attachment to clean the my shower and tub. It scratched the bottom of my tub in a couple of places.

This steamer is a great product! I was able to clean hardened food bits off my oven door and stove without using harsh chemicals. I felt that my floor was more sanitized. It was also able to get rid of oily spots on my kitchen cabinet doors from all the fried food oil splatters. I felt that the steam that came off this steamer was a good amount and I like that it came with different attachment. I also felt safe using the steam, but, of course make sure to use caution as it does get hot. Overall, a good purchase.

It's smaller than I anticipated and although the cord is a nice length I would suggest having an appropriate extension cord for easy mobility and continuation of the area/s you're trying to steam.
