The toe is steel toe the arch and heal is flexible with some support. I have feet issues and I can work 12 hours on concrete in these.

So far it's holding up to everyday use. Quite comfortable after a week. The only knock against them is because of the short, easy slip in option I feel like my feet are always sliding in them and the shoe itself wants to slip off my foot. If they had a few more shoelace holes it would be an excellent shoe

My son-in-law decided to move a pallet full of 40 45lb weight plates backwards off of a 26ft box truck. Upon rolling he was unable to stop 1800lbs going at a slight downhill angle (surprisingly). His foot got trapped underneath the pallet jack that still had the weights on them and fell backwards off of the truck. Foot still trapped under the actual jack and the rest of his body on the floor. No toes were harmed, not even a minor bruise.It's safe to say that these shoes provide amazing safety, comfort, durability and my SIL needs to find a new career.

Highly uncomfortable! The steel in the toe box rubs against my toes. I had to change the insole twice and they still hurt. There are bandaids all inside of my shoe to bring comfort of some sort.
