Bought the 90 lb barbell. It can not In fact support 90lbs. The brackets WILL break. You can go up to 72lbs total with no issue. I'd say buy the lower weight since the 90lbs doesn't work. Don't go with the higher weight unless you just want more individual weights for the dumbells. Otherwise, great if you can't make it to the gym for the heavier weights and good versatility.

Complete and utterly trash!!!. If you're doing basic dumb bells curls, it's ok. But it's not secure if you're utilizing the curling bar. One hard tub on either end, and it'll separate the weights from the curling bar.

I've been trying to lose weight in the recent months and get leaner. All the while being able to do some pushups. I have limited space in my room and just wanted to prep up a bit before considering the gym.Post pandemic, I was barely able to do 1 pushup. Almost 3 months ago, it was basically 0.This was a huge drop since pre pandemic (was slightly over 10).Well, I bought these back mid September and did some curls here and there at home around every 2 days (need resting time for muscles to grow). At least 3 sets each time. And tried to eat more chicken.Welp. I have done it.Lowered my weight from 180.2 lb in Sept 11 to 166.4 lb as of Nov 15. I am actually trying to gain back weight to hit slightly above 170 lb as I am quite tall (6 ft 2 inch).Since 3 month ago, I have gone from 0 push ups to around 25 push ups each time.At the start, I struggled hard with 15 lb dumbbell. My right hand could do it but my left hand couldn't. This dumbbell let me have a 12 lb dumbbell for my left hand and 15 lb dumbbell for my right hand.And from there I have been progressively training. I am currently using 24 lb dumbbells on each side (was 26 lb but then I realized my ego was getting in the way since I could not do multiple sets).And now, I do 1 dumbbell a time when I do bicep curls. My other is set at 8 to 15 lb for the deltoids (since it's a lot weaker than my biceps).I also play around with the 2 hand grips to emulate kettlebell to an extent sometimes and mostly for pushups.Overall, this product has made me more fit. What can I say. And I am able to keep adding weights on this as my arms get stronger.I see my body get stronger. It does the job. Thank you!

These are just ok. You get what you pay for. The handles are constantly coming loose in the middle of a workout and I always have to stop and tighten everything. They are a pain and time consuming to swap out pieces and weights. I’ve used them for a while and they work alright but I have a replacement coming. I would look elsewhere.
