I don’t workout strenuously, so I don’t really need the sugar. I also wanted something on the cleaner side without all of the added chemicals and preservatives that typical brands have. The flavor of these is great, the passion fruit isn’t my favorite, but the other flavors are good. They completely dissolve so there’s no gritty texture. I mix this into 40 oz of water daily and it flavors it just enough so that I can taste it, but not so much that it is too sweet or tasting like kool aid. I would give the quality of these a 10/10. Don’t notice much difference in energy, but didn’t expect to. They’re a good size and smell nice too without smelling like chemicals if that makes sense

I prefer not drinking water but I love passion fruit. My doctor ordered me to drink more water for health issues. This tastes amazing. I just reordered this because I am now drinking 4-6 bottles of water a day!

I typically don't write reviews but this has me. Two years ago had bariatric surgery and lost 100 pounds. Now while this is great and everyone thinks it's taking the easy way out to lose weight I'm here to tell you differently. If you don't drink enough water you get dehydrated and pass out. This happens to me at least once a month. Almost always at home thankfully. Once at a tire shop that took me by ambulance yet found nothing wrong other being dehydrated. Yesterday saw my doctor and was told to drink two of these a day and I love water but I have to say these were really. I add extra water as I don't care for things to sweet and it's perfect! I'd recommend these to everyone!! If you like Gatorade or Power Aid you will live these. Again add ectopic water to taste.***my done said he thought they were too salty when placed in a 16 once bottle. I suggest adding extra water to your prefered taste.

I bought these for the zero grams of sugar and lower calorie options and for someone else who needs more low sugar and sugar free. These taste pretty good to me and I think they dissolve very quickly and better than the sugar option of another brand. I don't think these supplement me personally and give me stamina as much as the sugar option but possibly that's just a sugar boost for me. I do like these and they have a decent price in comparison to others I purchased I would probably repurchase.

I’m not a fan of electrolyte powders but decided to give the passion fruit a try. It is very flavor unlike most I’ve tried. It’s a sweet & salty combination that I love and is very fruity. This is definitely a favorite for me.

The smell and taste of this product is delicious. I read the vitamin and mineral content and find it had many that were necessary especially after being out in the heat. I think the quality of the product along with the effectiveness it had throughout the day was on par. I highly recommend this brand.

I've been drinking the cherry (and other flavors) Liquid IV for a very long time now. I'm very sensitive to that artifical taste and I don't care for it. I have multiple medical conditions that decrease my hydration levels and require these supplemental products. I also have bad acid reflux as well. This was just not up to par on quality, taste, health benefit related to hydration, nor energy level impacted by dehydration. I did not feel hydrated and still experienced the symptoms of dehydration that were resolved when using Liquid IV. I understand people like the no sugar part, but unless you have a restriction for health reasons on sugar, it's essential in the hydration process. The taste of venture pal was very artificial to me, overly sweet, and irritated my acid reflux in a way Liquid IV does not. The amount of powder for venture pal was a quarter of the amount of powder received from liquid IV. This matters to me because I don't use an entire packet in one drink and I spread it out as not to be overwhelmed by the sweetness, but the very little amount of powder in venture pal makes this difficult and not very effective as acting as a hydration multiplier. Not willing to buy again even if I'm in a pinch. Definitely worth the difference in price for the benefit of liquid iv.
