5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent and Cheap Replacement for LiftMaster
(function() { P.when('cr-A', 'ready').execute(function(A) { if(typeof A.toggleExpanderAriaLabel === 'function') { A.toggleExpanderAriaLabel('review_text_read_more', 'Read more of this review', 'Read less of this review'); } }); })(); .review-text-read-more-expander:focus-visible { outline: 2px solid #2162a1; outline-offset: 2px; border-radius: 5px; } I can’t believe these remotes are only $12 for a two pack. The button of my original Lift Master remote totally busted and I needed a replacement. These look about the same size as my original, only more streamlined and with 2 additional buttons. I decided to go ahead buy these based on the positive reviews and the crazy low price. I received them right away thanks to Prime and the programming was super easy. I had both of them paired to my garage door opener in less than a minute by following the instruction sheet that came with them. They work as good as the original and I have been using it every day multiple times a day for over a month. I will update in the future if anything goes wrong but as of now, I’m extremely pleased with this purchase.
5.0 out of 5 stars This product actually works as intended.
My 20 year old Craftsman garage door opener did not work with most if not all of the universal remotes I was purchasing once my old remotes went bad.The Chamberlain LiftMaster Craftsman Garage Door Opener remote worked excellent after programming. This product also has a decent range of control.I purchased 4 more for the future. It's nice when something ACTUALLY WORKS as intended.
5.0 out of 5 stars It works great, after so many failed!!
We have a very old sears garage door. It is probably about 40 years old. We bought at least 3 other garage door openers, but none worked until we bought this one. Very easy to set up and they work like a dream!! We bought 4 of them to keep in our cars and one in the house. We are so happy to have finally found garage door openers that work!
4.0 out of 5 stars Reliable remote
The remotes are working fine. Nice replacement item. One must read the instructions and know the little tricks to ensure it operates. All systems are different and I had to try all the color codes before it worked on my garage door. Love the remote. Highly recommend this item.
5.0 out of 5 stars Insulation and set up was easy
My 85 year-old parents needed an additional remote for the garage. The instructions from the documentation was easy to understand.. first identify the learn button color of the garage door opener for my case. It was red, which requires a three click set up.. they set up start with setting the remote to set up mode, which was pressing the number two and number three button at the same time until you see a steady red light. Once you see the red light pick the button that you want to use for the remote control to open the door in my case I desire to use number one so once the LG was static red press, the number one but three times and then press the number two number button once to End the set up now I go to the garage door opener and press the red one time let go at that point press the number button on the remote until I hear two clicks on the opener that’s it. This was very easy very very, very easy
5.0 out of 5 stars Grey learn button
I bought this remote not knowing what color my learn button was. When I looked, I had a grey learn button and I was worried this remote would not work. However, I tried programming it with the purple learn button process and it worked!
5.0 out of 5 stars Easy to program!
It took me less than 5 minutes to program both remotes to open 2 garage doors! The signal is also very strong. The remotes will open my garage doors from 200+ yards away!Must buy!
4.0 out of 5 stars Can't be used to program a HomeLink car mirror.
This unit worked fine when directly used with the LiftMaster garage door opener. However, it wasn't detected when I tried to program the HomeLink car mirror remote. I called HomeLink and they said that only 'genuine' remotes can be used to train their system.

Perfect
Works better than my original opener. Range is again better than my original opener and was easy to program. Hopefully it last!
Solid device, tip for connection
I was a bit weary because of the reviews talking about the problems with connecting more than one door - but decided I'd give it a go. Glad I did. It works well and the setup was easy. There is only one thing in the instructions I find confusing. First they describe how to teach the remote to send the signal matching your door opener - click this many times on the button for that colour of the button on your opener - this is all crystal clear, steps 1-4 in the printed instructions. So at that point you have the remote programmed and it will work as if you got the remote dedicated to your opener. Now your opener needs to learn to obey your new remote. Simple process - first press the Learn button on the opener, and within thirty second or so press the button on your remote. Easy - and written clearly on my opener, and probably most of them. This is the final step 5 in the printed instructions and it is where there is some ambiguity. it says:"Press the learn button on the back of the opener, after the learn LED glow steadily, press and hold the remote button..."This "after the learn LED glow steadily" just says that your click will be acknowledged by the LED going on. If you take it to mean press the button and hold until the LED glows steadily - it is still strictly speaking correct, as the LED will go on right away. The video instruction are even more suggestive - the "Make sure the LED stays on" caption is shown and the motion of the video is paused for a second, presumably to give you a moment to read it.So what is the problem here? Well, if you just reach for your learn button by stretching yourself from the ground - you may not see the LED going on. And if you keep holding the button for long enough - 6 seconds or whatever your opener says - you will erase all info, disconnecting all previously connected remotes.I recommend this product. It is a solid device, and a good value.I also recommend the vendor to change the instructions for the step 5 to read "Press the learn button on the back of the opener BRIEFLY. The learn LED will glow steadily. Press and hold the remote button..."
Easy programming
It only takes 30 seconds to program and works beautifully. We have a quite long driveway and it works long range.
Easy to use and work great!
Both pairs worked perfectly and were quick and easy to setup. Instructions were clear and concise. Would definitely recommend as it's always nice to have extra garage door openers.
