Some looked promising, but they shine light both straight down and straight up, which, since night lights are plugged into the wall at knee level, still shine right in your eyes.These are the best I’ve found out of four purchases. Bought them because they are backlit. Much better at not blinding you in a dark room. What I ended up loving, though, is the motion sensing! Now our dark halls and corners light up softly when you near them. It is FANTASTIC. Beautiful, too. I also like the dimming feature, but even on the dimmest setting, it’s still pretty bright. So these are great for the living spaces, bathrooms, and maybe the rooms of small children. I use a dimmer night light in bedrooms. (I hate light in bedrooms while sleeping, but my husband insists ;-)

We stayed at rental house on a trip who had these night lights down the hallway and in the bathrooms. They cast the perfect amount of light to help navigate a dark hallway or use the bathroom without having to turn on bright overhead lights. The sensor option is such a great perk to these lights. They work very well, great value for the money and best part, no annoying flicker or bulbs to change. They are built with great quality and simple enough to fit into any home decor without being a distraction.

I had been searching for some nice plug in night lights to use in our poorly lit kitchen and hallway. When i came across these, i liked that the light looks more like a “halo” around the piece as opposed to shining directly into your eyes. I ordered a set of 4 and loved how they looked! You can adjust the brightness and choose to have them either stay on all the time or be motion censored. They look really clean and modern and the light climbs up and around the the wall which brightens the whole room. Liked them so much, i came back and ordered another set for more places around the house. Definitely recommend these!

This is a quality night light, the fact that you can adjust the brightness is an amazing function to have if you are sensitive to light. In addition to this, even if you set the brightness all the way up, the light is projected toward the wall so if you get up in the middle of the night it doesn't feel like high beams in your eyes. I've only had these a few weeks but I would say they're a good purchase if you really want a quality night light that's well designed. Only quirk I've noticed is that sometimes it'll "breathe" for a second (turn off then back on) but it happens quite rarely at least from what I've noticed.

These are very bright, and the low-light sensor option is extremely sensitive. In fact, I wish they were slightly less reactive - place them in the shade, and they light up.However, there's no denying that they do the job, and do it well.

Good product. I don’t have to turn on the light when I go use the bathroom at night anymore. One of the downside I see is it didn’t turn on even if you are still there. You need to move constantly in order for the light to stay on.

They light up every room!Okay, I may mean that sarcastically but really these little lights work so well for what we needed. We have been using them in hallways that we don’t need the over head light on all the time. They fit perfect in the plug as you can plug things underneath them (or above) if needed.Amazing value as I have ran into them several times and they have held up. My husband and I are thinking of buying more, that’s how great they are!

My absolute favorite nightlight. I have bought a different amber light, not backlit, and a back lit white light, and then finally found these. So very easy to use as well compared to the other ones I have, simply push an up button or a down button to adjust light.
