This double flex edged beater doors exactly as described. I have just begun using a Kitchaid stand mixer and I haven’t had to scrape my bowls at all!

I was excited when I saw this flex edge mixer paddle for my KitchenAid. I needed something that was going to mix the sides and bottom of the bowl because my current paddle does not do the trick. Well, neither does this one. It attaches to my mixer, but it is comically small. It only touches the sides at the very top of the flex edge, and is a good two inches off the bottom of the unit. Don’t buy unless you have a tiny mixer.
