In looking for a replacement I read the reviews for Mysoda and thought I’d give it a try. I like my fizz really fizzy and Mysoda is perfect. Much as I loved my really old Soda Stream I’m now a convert for Mysoda. I just hope it holds up as well over the years.

Theses bottles are very sturdy and are great for storing carbonated beverages and therefore, I gave them a good rating. However, they are not compatible with all sparkling water machines. They do not work with Sparkel carbonating units so do not be misled by that statement in their description.

I have the drinkmate system and these bottles were just fine for it. They are very similar to the original drinkmate bottles that come with the machine, but with a slightly different base and cap system. Supposedly it’s recycled wood instead of plastic, but the end result is negligible. Recommend.

*updated this review*NEW: These are garbage... quite literally 6 of the 8 I bought are now garbage because the inferior adhesive used to assemble them fails.They are hand washed & rinsed according to the instructions & from weeks to now less then a year, one by one they all lose their bottoms.The first 2 I glued back on, but they weren't 100% vertical, so I tossed them.If this company is paying attention to reviews, I hope they have changed the manner in which the bottoms are "secured" to the cylinderOLD REVIEW: I make a lot of soda & carbonated cocktails, so I ordered 8 of these to supplement the 4 Drinkmate bottles I have.Eventually, half of these off-brand replacements have had the bottoms fall off because the adhesive is inadequate. Some fell off within weeks.I ended up just gluing them back on, but I don't always get it perfect so the are slightly "Leaning Tower of Pisa"*SIDE NOTE* I wish any of these companies would make a 1.5 liter bottle or bigger that still fits the machine.
