My favorite Gatorade flavor used to be blue frost and this brings back that feeling and flavor but with WAY cleaner ingredients. Mixes well with cold water. Love these Electrolytes! Great flavor, super refreshing. Not overly salty like other brands can be. Mixes easily also. The label is correct, you'll want it cold or over ice! Great value also as you get a ton of servings out of the tub!

I am giving this a 5 star because I absolutely LOVE this brand! I didn’t care for the blue raspberry my favorite is the watermelon candy I will always buy these! I always feel so hydrated after using! Texture is perfect I noticed putting into room temperature water it mixes a lot better! Easy to use! I wish we got a little more for Quality & the price! I noticed my skin did get a lot healthier using this! Quality isn’t a lot I mean says enough for a month but sometimes I use I more so it doesn’t last me that long if I use everyday! Only complaint is I wish we got alittle more!

As someone with a pretty active lifestyle, I’m interested in using electrolytes more for their benefits. I saw this one on TikTok and was interested in trying the flavors. The flavor is decent—it’s not too sweet, it’s light, and the stevia flavor is apparent—but there’s also a noticeable almost metallic taste. It wasn’t unpleasant to me, just a little different compared to others I’ve tried. My biggest gripe is the price point. I should have paid more attention to the size of the container, but I wasn’t expecting it to be 5.29oz. I know there is more in it and it differs from other electrolyte powders, but I feel for the price there are better options for less. Overall, it’s not a bad product, but I’m more likely to choose something else over this.

So I adore Tiffany and have been following her off and on since she was in her first house/apt before she has supplements and just ate her cottage cheese and mustard with veggie burgers! She was a single mama like me doing everything for her kids on her own. I respect this woman so much. I was never in a place until now to afford her products so I am so grateful to be able to purchase something other than a meal plan from her FINALLY! So my review may be a bit biased as i LOVE this woman and truly believe her products are likely superior because she would only source the best ingredients as she uses it herself daily. She also cares about her followers and wouldn’t charge others more than was fair to earn a profit and fair for the product.Anyway I was gifted mango (fav flavor of all things) of another brand aRe-Lyte and that flavor was strong and delicious, but so so salty. gross salty.This flavor the blue raspberry wouldn’t be my pick but she said it’s the least salty in taste that and watermelon. She always drinks this one and makes it look amazing so i got it plus my son loves that flavor.My son and i both think it tastes OK. ( he spit the other brand out and is a super picky kid in general so OK is actually a big deal from him) It’s super super mild.Maybe we would prefer the more sour candy blue one. I just love that it’s not salty and that gives it a full 4 stars.I have heard people complain about it not dissolving? Well i just shook it in my RO water and it dissolved except the very tiniest bit shown in pics.That’s so much less than the clumpy chunks of the other brand i had. It dissolves much better and faster 5 stars for that!I would say 5 stars for lack of salt taste 5 stars for clean ingredients 5 stars for dissolving 3 stars for flavor. So a solid 4The jar is small but that’s just less plastic waste.Update: so we have had the flu and about 3 am i woke up and just craved this for some reason i don’t know why i just put like 1/4 a scoop into a bunch of ice and water in the same cup and drank it and went back to sleep but i feel like i like it more that my body craved it. Anyway random but found interesting i don’t usually wake up and drink water in adhd and am terrible at hydrating. I was shocked because i didn’t love the flavor but ended up craving it.
