It’s easy to assemble, , super sturdy, with great finish and materials, and it looks very expensive. You can use the flame-only function without the heat, and the heat function warms up the room a lot. it heats my whole livingroom which is approximately 500 square feet. Aside from it's functionality, it is absolutely beautiful to look at. Overall, this was a great purchase! I am thrilled!

The media could not be loaded. This electric fireplace is not only very pleasing to the eye but really warms up the room, too. It's quiet and easy to use. Unlike others, you don't see the heating element glow which makes the fire seem much more realistic. The cabinet is easy care and will last for years. The only thing I'd change is the thermostat display, it does not show degrees of temperature. It takes a couple of times reading the instruction manual to figure it out. This was a great purchase and highly recommended.

Absolutely beautiful piece of furniture...works great and has seven excellent choices of flame colors. It came perfectly packaged and all I did was to get it out of the box and plug it in...so easy! It provides warmth but can be used without the heat on as well....just admire the flame colors. I love my new fireplace and am happy I chose this one!

I love our new fireplace - it is pretty & keeps us warm - it is exactly as described and pictured on the website. I am writing this review to highlight the quality of the customer service. Somehow the remote control arrived without its battery. I contacted the seller and they instantly offered myriad options to remedy the situation. I picked the least expensive option and they insisted on compensating me as though I had selected the most expensive option - solving the problem and adding extra money to my account. They were friendly, prompt, and caring. I am very impressed - this company offers amazing customer service!

The media could not be loaded. Perfect! We love this heater! It sits between our chairs and it is so quiet! The flames are comforting. Our living room is about 250 sq ft and it heats us out so I’m sure it would heat double that just fine. It was the perfect size, not too heavy. The heat is instant and feels wonderful but the unit itself does not get hot. Very happy with this buy. Also, we ordered it and received it the very next day!!!

It's a small and cute electric stove. You can adjust the flame color you like and no installation is required. The heating is very sufficient. It is very suitable for my small living room. It is beautiful and beautiful. I am very satisfied.

I was so looking forward to this but there is damage, looks used (screen is smudged) and the remote does not work, three strikes right off the bat then to return I need to pay and repack, which is not easy so I am out money even with a return/refund!!I have never written a review but I count on these reviews to make an educated purchase so I hope this is helpful for someone out there!!

The media could not be loaded. I really wanted to give Electric fireplace five stars because it really is beautiful and the heat function seems superb. The controls are very easy and it’s ready to go right out of the box.The flame effect has that “wow” factor you might be looking for, and if you get bored of one kind of flame you can pick any of the next three, or a combination of them. There is also a cycling function that goes through the blue red orange combination.The three-sided glass adds an air of authenticity, along with the imitation brick behind the logs. I also love the top of it, which is great for adding decorations, especially Christmas decorations , if you’re so inclined.The only reason it got four stars instead of five is that it doesn’t have a flame sound which would’ve put this thing right over the top. It’s completely silent and while some people might appreciate that I miss having that effect.That said, I think it’s a great purchase. It is heavy, so be careful when moving it around.4 1/2 stars.
