Taking this to help strengthen my nails while undergoing chemotherapy. The chocolate flavor is nice, but it’s a bear to get dissolved. I’ve started blending it into a fruit smoothie.

I bought a 30 day supply of this product, took as directed. Great price for a peptide product. The chocolate flavor is great and texture was smooth. It mixes better with warm water than with cold milk. I have noticed a difference in my nail strength, they used to bend, now they are hard. As for hair, skin and joint support I have not noticed any changes. No digestion issues while taking this product. Overall it is an okay product for ME. I have seen more & better results with another, more expensive product. I think this is a good start, it may work for you, just not for me.

Wow! I am so happy I tried this. I started with the chocolate flavor and IT IS SO GOOD. Next, I'm going to go with the peach mango or unflavored just so that I have more mixing options. I have definitely noticed a difference in how I feel, my appetite, my skin, appetite, etc. in just the short time that I have been using it and I've already recommended to several friends and family. Will definitely repurchase!

A little to early to tell the benefits as it's only been a week, but I won't get the chocolate flavor if I order again as it is much too sweet and I can taste the sweetner. I'd go for the unflavored next time.
